Ross Smith has won the World Series of Darts Finals after defeating Wales’ Gerwyn Price in Amsterdam.
The victory saw the English player claim the title in a final against Price, who represents Wales. The result completed Smith’s success at the tournament and ended Price’s challenge for the championship.
Luke Littler’s hopes of completing a clean sweep also came to an end in the last eight. His elimination in the quarter-final stage meant he was unable to progress to the closing stages of the event.
The tournament therefore concluded with Smith as champion, Price finishing as the defeated finalist and Littler’s run ending among the final eight players.
