The Supreme Court has temporarily allowed construction on a Trump ballroom project to continue, issuing an interim order while it considers the wider legal dispute.
The order affects a project valued at $400m, equivalent to about £297m. Its immediate effect is to permit work to go ahead for now, despite the case still awaiting a final ruling from the high court.
