Troy Deeney has named his Premier League team of the week following the latest round of matches.
The feature forms part of a regular review carried out after every round of Premier League fixtures during the season. Deeney’s selection is presented as a team made up of players whose performances stood out in that round of matches.
The available information does not list the players included in the latest team, nor does it provide details of their clubs, positions or performances. It also contains no further reaction from the players, clubs or competition organisers.
Readers are invited to consider whether they agree with Deeney’s choices. Further selections are expected to follow subsequent rounds of Premier League matches as the season continues.
